  • Hillcrest Orchards offers three convenient packages from which to choose.

    • Bartending service is included with any package (this is an extra charge at almost any other venue).

    • Signature drinks are included with the call or top-shelf packages and can be added to the beer & wine package.

    • All packages include our Hillcrest brews and hard cider!

Beverage & Bar Packages

  • Beer & Wine Package ($27 / person) *

    • Includes a variety of local, domestic, and imported beers, including our own Hillcrest Kolsch, hard cider, and IPA.

    • Includes a variety of red and white wines.

    • Also included are soda and water.

  • Call Bar Package ($30 / person) *

    • Includes the beer/wine options from the beer & wine package.

    • Vodka (Smirnoff), Gin (Boodles), Rum (Captain Morgan), Bourbon (Jim Beam), Whiskey (Jack Daniels), Scotch (Dewars White Label), Tequila (El Jimador)

    • Also included are soda, mixers, and water.

  • Top Shelf Package ($35 / person) *

    • Includes the beer/wine options from the beer & wine package.

    • Vodka (Tito’s), Gin (Tanqueray), Rum (Bacardi Silver), Bourbon (Maker’s Mark), Whiskey (Crown Royal), Scotch (Chivas Regal), Tequila (Cabo Wabo)

    • Also included are soda, mixers, and water.

  • Signature Drinks (Included) **

    • Let us craft the perfect his and hers cocktails for you and your guests.

* All packages can be customized to fit your unique tastes in beer, wine, or liquor. Depending on the request, it may result in a modest extra charge.

* * Signature drinks are created using liquors available in the selected package. Therefore, signature drinks for the beer & wine package will be an additional cost.

* * * All package prices are based on a 5-hour event. Each additional hour of bar service is $4.50 per person, per hour.

Additional Beverage Services

  • Mimosa Bar ($13 / person)

    • Champagne, two juices of your choice, and fresh seasonal berries.

    • Typically served in the bridal suite.

  • Beer Buckets ($7 - $9 / person)

    • Choose from domestic ($7 / person) or craft ($9 / person) beers.

  • Champagne Toast ($5 / person)

    • Toast your speeches with champagne!

    • Most commonly ordered for the bridal party or couple only.

    • Includes the cost of glass champagne flute rental.

  • Coffee Service ($40)

    • Hillcrest blend coffee from Solstice Roasters in Cleveland.

    • Serves around 30 people.

    • Styrofoam cups, creamer, sugar, and stirrers are included.
